How do I schedule an appointment for you to pick up my vehicle?
You can call us at 763-334-2233. We are very responsive and try to answer immediately, but if we’re hooking up a car at the moment, we’ll call you right back. You may also send us a message on our website’s Contact Page.

What information do you need to give me an estimate?
We need the make, model and year of your vehicle, and a description of its condition.
If you agree to our estimate, we’ll ask for the vehicle’s location, and we’ll schedule a window of time that you’re available for us to come and tow it.

What if I’m missing the car’s title?
While it’s best if you have the title, we can either tell you how to get a replacement from the DMV, or we can ask for other proof of ownership that will work.

I don’t have the keys! Can you still buy it?
Sure! We do this all the time. 

Will I receive a Bill of Sale?
Once the sale is completed, we’ll send the final bill of sale for your records. We take care of transferring the ownership, so there’s nothing else for you to do.

Can you pick up my vehicle without me being there?
We sure can. In that case, we’ll need to make arrangements for you to get your payment. When you’re with the vehicle, we pay you cash on the spot.

What do you do with junk vehicles?
We recycle them!
